COVID-19 Credit Terms & Conditions

A Broadway Account Credit has been automatically issued to your Broadway Grand Rapids subscription account for the value of your Wicked tickets. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway Grand Rapids performances (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 1.866.928.7469 or log in to your account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/baagrr/account/journal. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. This credit will be usable until redeemed in full pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Credit expires 5 years from the date of issuance. Automatically receiving a Broadway Account Credit to your Broadway Grand Rapids subscription account in lieu of requesting a refund or choosing to donate your tickets by the January 17, 2021 deadline listed in this email for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so and the Credit is applied to your account, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you. Credits are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway Grand Rapids. Broadway Grand Rapids is not responsible for the ticketing practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

Credits will be applied to all applicable accounts on or about April 21, 2020. Credits will be applied to all applicable accounts on or about May 11, 2020. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets and any per ticket or per order service, handling, and/or processing charges on subscription additional and group sales tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway Grand Rapids performances (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Broadway Grand Rapids is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Broadway Grand Rapids will send you a tax receipt by January 31, 2022. Please contact Broadway Grand Rapids directly should you have any questions regarding your receipt. Selecting the “DONATE TO BROADWAY GRAND RAPIDS" option in the form hyperlinked in this email instead of receiving a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have made this selection and the donation is applied on or about January 20, 2021, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.

COVID-19 Refund Terms & Conditions

If you elect to receive a refund, our team will refund the face value of your tickets to your original method of payment. Your refund will not include any per ticket or per order service, handling and/or processing charges paid on the total subscription package in accordance with the Broadway Across America Subscription Terms & Conditions. Refunds will be processed on or about January 20, 2021. Your refund should post to your credit card account within 10 business days. If the original method of payment was check or cash, you will be sent a check to the address on your account, please allow up to eight weeks [for processing. If your original method of payment is no longer valid you will receive a check by default, made out to the account holders name. Refunds are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway Grand Rapids. Broadway Grand Rapids is not responsible for the refund practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.
