A Note About COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we face the reality that mass gatherings must cease for now. — The Broadway Grand Rapids team continues to work diligently with our partners to navigate the challenges of scheduling shows. Due to those challenges a few of our upcoming performances are rescheduled for the 2020-2021 season.

The 2020-2021 Season includes MEAN GIRLS (Feb 9-14, 2021), WICKED (March 31-April 18), AIN'T TOO PROUD- The Life And Times of The Temptations (May 18-23, 2021), DEAR EVAN HANSEN (June 22-27, 2021), HAIRSPRAY (July 20-25, 2021) and COME FROM AWAY (Aug 31- Sept 5, 2021).

The Broadway Grand Rapids office at 122 Lyon Street NW will be open Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm for phone assistance at 616-235-6285.   • NEW! Online Upgrades: Each season after the renewal period has ended, renewed subscribers will have the ability to change their seating location or performance day/time online for the upcoming season.

Subscription Package Policies

Please note the following:

  • The deadline for 2019-2020 season subscribers to renew their seats for the 2020-2021 season was Friday, May 15, 2020
  •  We use email as our primary method of communication for information related to your subscription, such as upcoming performances, accessing your subscriber benefits, customer service and more! To ensure these emails make it to your inbox so you never miss an update, please add BroadwayGrandRapidsService@broadwayacrossamerica.com to your address book or safe senders list. Please be sure the email on your account is correct and current.
  • Purchase of subscriber additional tickets to package shows will not be available immediately. Information will be sent to the email address on file at a later date.

2020-2021 Season Line-Up

Subscribers who renewed for the 2020-2021 season had the option to choose a 5-show package or add WICKED to create a 6-show package.

New subscribers will enjoy a 6-show package, including WICKED; 6-show package pricing starts at $271.

*Subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. Some restrictions apply. Please note: ticket exchanges for WICKED must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance. Ticket limits, subscriber ticket exchanges and access to additional tickets will be restricted for DEAR EVAN HANSEN (more information to follow).

**You must renew or purchase a subscription before you can purchase tickets for Special Events. Seats will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The ticket limit for Special Events is eight (8) per account, name, billing address or credit card. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice.

Full refund must be requested on or before the applicable subscription renewal deadline.

Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by the season subscription renewal deadline Friday, May 15, 2020 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.

Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. All sales are final. No Refunds.
