What Is A Season Ticket Package?

A season ticket package is more than just tickets – it’s a guaranteed night out, a chance to create memories, and an experience you won’t forget! Plus, your same package seat locations can be renewed year after year, securing your prime seats for years to come.

  • Interest-Free Payment Plan: Break up the cost of your subscription payment into equal monthly installments automatically charged to your credit card. There is no additional fee to participate!

  • Flexibility & Priority Access: Easily exchange your tickets into another performance of thesame show with no additional fee should a conflict arise.Season ticket holders receive first access to purchase additional tickets to shows before tickets go on sale to the general public!

  • Online Upgrades: Each season after the renewal period has ended,renewed subscribers will have the ability to change their seating location or performance day/time online for the upcoming season.

  • Dining Discounts & Parking Privileges: Be rewarded with special perks downtown. Subscribers receive coupons for nearby restaurants and exclusive parking discounts per show at the Monroe/Lyon Ellis Parking ramp.

  • Online Ticket Management: Subscribers will be able to manage their tickets online with Account Manager, including the ability to download mobile tickets, exchange seats, purchase additional tickets, and transfer tickets. Subscribers will be notified via email when these benefits are available.

  • Optional Easy Renewal Program: When renewing or purchasing a subscription, you have the option to enroll in Season Ticket Automatic Renewal (STAR) to have your subscription automatically renewed every year –starting with the 2023–2024 season. In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Season Ticket Package Policies & Offer Details 

Please note: purchase of subscriber additional tickets to package shows will not be available immediately. More information will be sent to season ticket holders via email at a later date. To ensure these emails make it to your inbox, please add broadwaygrandrapids@tickets.broadwayacrossamerica.com to your address book or safe senders list, and be sure the email on file for your account is correct and current.

Health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.

UPGRADES & TICKET EXCHANGES: Subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. Some restrictions apply. Subscriber additional tickets, transfers and exchanges may be restricted for all shows in the 2022-2023 Season.

SEASON TICKET AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: A valid email address and credit card are required. If you decide you do not want to renew for any reason, you will not be charged if you contact us prior to the applicable deadline. You can also cancel within 30 days following the season announcement date to receive a full refund.

PACKAGE PRICING: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $28.50 in processing fees, $17.50 in facility fees, applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Select subscription fee noted below.

SELECT SUBSCRIPTION FEES: Select subscriptions (Orchestra A 14-31, B 14-35, C 13-38, D 10-41, E 10-41, F 10-40, G 10-41, H 10-40, J 10-41, K 10-40, L 10-41, M 10-40, N 10-4; Mezzanine A 7-38, B 7-39, C 7-41; Boxes 1-5; Dress Circle A & B 5-13; ADA/WC Box 6 & Dress Circle A & B 1-4) include a $75 fee for each seat purchased. Select subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations available only to these subscribers prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. In addition, Select subscriptions with 2 or more seats, will be listed in the program.

RENEWING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS: Any requests for adjustments to the season show offerings must be completed by the renewal deadline and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.

SPECIAL EVENT: Special Event STOMP is not part of the season ticket package and must be purchased separately. Season ticket package locations not guaranteed. The ticket limit for Special Events is eight (8) per account, name, billing address, or credit card. Any tickets purchased over the limit will be cancelled without notice.

Subscriptions and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and the Broadway Grand Rapids details posted above.
