Thank you for your ongoing support of Broadway Grand Rapids. Please know our team continues to work diligently with our partners to navigate the challenges of scheduling touring Broadway shows across the country during this unprecedented time. We will post updates here and our Facebook page as conditions evolve.

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, we face the reality that mass gatherings must cease for now. As a result, the below programming changes have occurred.
2019 – 2020 Season
- CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY performances scheduled March 13-15 have been canceled.
- ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE performances scheduled May 26-31,2020 have been canceled.
2020 – 2021 Season
- HAIRSPRAY is rescheduled for July 20-25, 2021 (originally scheduled for November 17-22, 2020)
- COME FROM AWAY is rescheduled for August 31 - September 5, 2021 (originally scheduled for Oct 13-18, 2020)
- Special Event MANNHEIM STEAMROLLER CHRISTMAS is rescheduled for November 29, 2021 (originally scheduled for November 30, 2020)
If you have a ticket for a canceled or rescheduled performance listed above, you should have already received an email notification from your point of purchase detailing your options for your tickets for your affected performance. If you did not receive an email, please contact your point of purchase. Please note: Broadway Grand Rapids is not responsible for practices put in place by third-party ticket providers.
At this time, the Broadway Grand Rapids office at 122 Lyon Street NW will be open Mon – Fri, 10AM – 2PM for phone assistance at 616-235-6285 or in-person by appointment only. We know many have questions about the upcoming season and what the experience of attending the theatre will be like. Please rest assured, all decisions regarding the necessary protocols and policies for the health and safety of our audiences will be guided by medical and public health advice and will comply with local government regulations. Details about health and safety protocols at DeVos Performance Hall will be communicated as we get closer to the first production of the upcoming season.
